Super Plasticizing Concrete Admixture

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

EAMICRETE 557 is high range water reducing, superplasticizing concrete admixture. It is formulated to produce high quality concrete properties with an ultimate strength and mechanical properties. It is based on blended polymers that well disperse cement particles which tend to agglomerate, enabling the mixing water to perform more efficiently and contains materials that produce high early strength concrete after final setting.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

EAMICRETE 557 is formulated to be used as high range water reducing concrete admixtures with workability retention to:

  • Provides very good water reduction with very good workability & workability retention.

  • Provides an excellent early development as well as ultimate strengths.

  • Improves the workability without addition of water.

  • Improves the durability and reducing the permeability.

EAMICRETE 557 is suitable to be used in:

  • Ready mix concrete.

  • Bridges, ceilings, beams, floorings … etc.

  • Enable use of mineral admixture: such as: silica fumes, PFA, Slag … etc.

  • ASTM C 494 Type G.

  • EN 934 Part 2: Tables 1, 3.1 and 3.2

  • ES 1899 Part 1: Tables 1, 3.1 and 3.2
