Polymer Modified, Cement Based & Self Levelling Floor Topping

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

EAMIFLOOR LEVEL TOP is a two components, ready mixed, polymer modified, and fibre reinforced cement based range of products includes the following levelling :

  1. EAMIFLOOR LEVEL TOP GP4:
    It is a self-leveling smoothing cement mortar underlayment for wide floor finishes such as carpets and vinyl sheeting. It is suitable for new construction and refurbishes floors, domestic and commercial buildings.
    It is recommended to be applied at a 4 - 10 mm thickness.

  2. EAMIFLOOR LEVEL TOP GP10:
    It is a self-leveling smoothing cement mortar, used as a general purpose for both domestic, commercial buildings and industrial applications. It is to be applied at a 10 - 60 mm thickness.

  3. EAMIFLOOR LEVEL TOP XD 60:
    It is a self-leveling highly abrasion resistance & heavy-duty floor topping for industrial applications at a 60 - 200 mm thickness.

All three grades are formulated to provide excellent flowability, easy application, superior physical & mechanical properties.
It is supplied as s single component in powder that requires only on-site addition of water.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

EAMIFLOOR LEVEL TOP range is used for:

  • Smoothing of uneven floors.

  • Repairing heavily worn floors.

  • Making up differences in floor levels.

  • Industrial floor surfacing & toppings.

  • Underlayment for tiles, carpets, vinyl sheeting and other sheet flooring.

  • Final wearing surface in foot traffic areas.

  • Final wearing surface in light commercial areas (GP10 -XD60).

  • Heavy duty /industrial floor wearing areas (GP10 - XD60).
