EAMIPROOF AR 600

Fluid Applied Elastomeric Acrylic Waterproofing and Anti Carbonation Membrane

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

EAMIPROOF AR 600 is a one part protective, decorative, anti-fungus, non-toxic, acrylic based waterproofing & weatherproofing liquid membrane.
It is designed to provide a high degree of elasticity and high adhesion to most substrates.
The cured membrane provides high elongation with a high crack bridging ability.
It is produced in three grades:
EAMIPROOF AR 600 External, EAMIPROOF AR 600 Internal and EAMIPROOF AR 600 Texture.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

EAMIPROOF AR 600 is used as a waterproofing membrane and weather proofing coating in:

  • Concrete bridges & tunnels.

  • Floors: Under and / or above screed to provide a damp proof membrane.

  • Basements: As a part of a water-proofing system beneath ground level.

  • Walls: Under and / or above render or plaster as a water and CO2 barrier.

  • Roofs: As the main waterproofing coat or as part of a repair system.

  • Tiling: As a protection coat under tiles in wet areas, bathrooms, food processing areas, balconies … etc.

  • EAMIPROOF AR 600 can be used also as a gas barrier to minimize carbon dioxide & methane attack (as part of anti-carbonation system).

  • As an optimal weather protection system for concrete surfaces in conjunction with EAMIGARD SA 80 and EAMIGARD PRIME SEAL (please review separate data sheet).

STANDARDS

EAMIPROOF AR 600 is tested according to the following:

  • BS 8204 Part 3, Method B3. BS 903 Part A17 & Part A2.

  • BS 6319 Part 4, BS 3177 & ES 1539 & EN 1062.
